Gem Stone Beach Necklaces

Brendon, along with his kids, individually chooses these stones from beaches along the South Coast of the South Island of New Zealand, primarily the famous Gemstone Beach. He brings the stones back to his home workshop where he tumbles them for a few days in Oreti Beach sand to bring their natural colour up and smoothness up.
Brendon then picks out stones and arranges them into carves grooves around one end. He then ties them with hard-wearing waxed nylon cord, finished with adjustable knots and a copper and brass latch.
