We hope you are 100% satisfied with your unique handmade New Zealand art! If for any reason you aren't, including change of mind, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to make you happy.
Please be aware that because these are handmade, and often the glass used is vintage and has natural variation, your unique piece of art will be unique. If you think there may be a manufacturing fault, in your piece, please send us photos and we will do our best to rectify it.
If you need a new cord, please get in touch and we can send you one for a small charge.
